General Version added, now works on any engine

2 major updates:
1. New company name. I'm now using Green Tabby Audio for game audio works. The old name shall be reserved for guitar-related works.
2. The general version of this pack that can be used in any engines has been added. The RPG Maker version is unchanged and will still be available for download as before.
